Cue Sheet Information

If you are using my music in a TV or radio commercial, please provide the following information so that I may submit an BMI Advertisement Claim Form and receive performance royalties for the music.

Please know that there are no additional fees (a.k.a. mechanical royalties) charged to you beyond your initial licensing fee you already paid. Performance royalties are paid (and have already been paid) by broadcast companies, not you.
